West on the Prithvi Highway through hills and river valleys, with lunch by the Trishuli, into lakeside Pokhara.

03 Pokhara → Lete125 km / 7 hrs

The Baglung Highway to Beni, then the Kali Gandaki gorge with Annapurna and Dhaulagiri overhead, ending at Lete.

04 Lete → Muktinath50 km / 4 hrs

Along the Kali Gandaki through stone villages and Marpha's apple orchards, under Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and Tukuche Peak, past Jomsom and Dumba Lake to the temple at Muktinath.

05 Muktinath → Tatopani70 km / 5 hrs

A morning at the temple, down through Kagbeni and Jomsom, with the detour to quiet Titi Lake, finishing at the hot springs of Tatopani.

Back through Beni to the highway and into Pokhara by late afternoon.
